Fredrick Kolade Osayameh is an accomplished operations executive with over 12 years of progressive experience in the financial services sector. As Head of Operations at Midpoint Capital Limited, he oversees the strategic planning and execution of operational activities across all business units. His leadership ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management, contributing significantly to the firm’s overall performance and client satisfaction.

Fredrick brings deep expertise in trade processing, client relationship management, and process optimization. Throughout his career, he has driven operational efficiency and delivered measurable business outcomes. Prior to joining Midpoint Capital, he held the position of Assistant Manager at Centrepoint Investment Limited, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing client onboarding processes, managing high-volume financial subscriptions, and mentoring junior team members.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and is currently pursuing an MBA. In addition, he possesses certifications in management and data processing, further reinforcing his analytical and leadership capabilities.
